Gps And Stereo Not Working...help!

First of all, I'm glad to be a part of the community! I purchased a 2004 Titan LE Crew cab about three weeks ago. Me and my family love this truck(I really love it)! However; my GPS and radio stopped working over this past weekend. The gps screen is "slightly" lit up, but there's nothing displayed on it. It stays lit up when the truck is off(NO KEY IN THE Ignition). Also, the radio is inoperable. You can hear it playing(Barely), but I can't turn it off or the volume up or down. Has anybody out there experienced this problem? I'll be taking it to the dealer on Friday. HELP!
