Had my mechanic install front shocks (factory replacement but not Racho) on my truck today, on the way home I noticed a weird grinding sound on right turns. No noise going straight or making left turns.

Any thoughts? Obviously I'm going back first thing tomorrow morning to see if he can resolve it.

I had a noise from right shock after replacing with bilsteins and keeping existing springs. Never figure out what was causing noise but replaced with rancho quick lifts and all
Is fine. I use my truck as a daily driver so I'm happy with the rancho's

I would be willing to bet it wasn't put together correctly.
It ended up being from the back wheel. I had my mechanic change the shocks, brakes and tires yesterday and the noise was from the rear left emergency break... replaced the emergency brake pads and hardware this morning and all is good. It's so weird that the noise sounded like it was coming from the front of the truck but when I put my head out of the window you can tell it was from the rear.
