I have an 07 Titan 2wd that we just lifted. 6 inch CST spindle, 2 inch rear block and Dever helper springs.

Under hard acceleration from a stop or slow speed, it sounds like there is a grinding. It gets faster as the vehicle gets faster. I've looked at the Axle Ujoint and there might be a little mark where the two axles meet.

The pinion angle also looks a little lower than it did before. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not that mechanically inclined but my gut tells me that any grinding sounds are baddd...

Did you get the carrier bearing drop kit?

I have to agree the lift on a 2wd needs to have a carrier drop with out this driveshaft angle is much to steep.

Performance lifts did not tell me I needed one.
