TriFlow teflon lubricant sprayed on the leaf springs will do wonders. The noise is normal.
groaning and squaking leaf springs
lately I've noticed a groaning squaking type sound coming from my left rear wheel mainly under accel and decel. I've narrowed the racket down to the leaf springs where the u bolts attatch them to the axle. any ideas how to quiet theis racket or should I worry about it and take it to the dealer. I've never noticed this before on my other truck and this one only has 1200 miles.
