I'm pretty sure Stillen sells a kit. But you would be better off making one yourself out of #6 stranded wire.

Did not notice any change, but a fun thing to do. And eventually (many years later), a lot of poor starting is from a loose or corroded gground, not just hot wires. SO it may prevent a problem from ever occuring.
