Maybe a weird question, but has anyone tried to install a set of GTR Recaro seats (driver/ passenger) in a Titan?

I've never seen a titan with different seats, at least I don't think I have anyway. I would think they might sit a little low.

you'd have to get some custom rails to mount them. problem i know is once you disconnect the connection underneath the seat it will send a Check light on your display.

I'm not sure that it would throw a code.. I know a guy that wired them in a Toyota Tacoma..

it will because when i removed my seats when i installed my Audio system i had to take it to my Buddy at Nissan to clear the code

Interesting, did the dealer give you a reason why? What code was it, (airbag)?I'm trying to logically figure out what would trip a CEL...

why couldn`t you guys wire in air bag simulators?
MetalTech did this in their seat track kit for the F cruiser.
