High centered on a stump and severely bent my front skid plate to the point I cant bolt the back section up. For the life of me I cant see the 2 front bolts holding the skid pan. I see one 5mm allen screw and one "jury rigged" bolt on the other side. Two bolts in the slotted back were easy,,,, one gone and pan bent so bad it will not push up into place to tighten down. Where am I missing the main front bolts?????

there are 2 u shaped "cutouts" at the front of the skidplate, bolts are set deep in there, almost under the bumper. Unless it s a pro4x skid plate, then they are mounted up by where the tow hooks are mounted.

The two front bolts are angled into the bumper area. If you look at the skid pan from under the truck, you'll see the front fits angled, and there are two bolts there. If they are still there; both of mine snapped in the body and I had to drill them out. After I did I redrilled the holes and tapped them bigger for meatier bolts.
