I have an 05 Titan cc 4x4 with 102,000 miles on the body and less than 1,000 on the reman motor I had installed by a shop in Baton Rouge LA, yesterday while driving the slip light came on and the truck had no power hardly whatsoever, I pulled over turned the truck off hoped online saw some reset video about resetting the SES light, with a series of turning the key on and off and mashing the gas pedal did that it went off got back on the road and headed to auto zone to check codes, they are as follows:

P1229
P1446
P2138
P0300

Google each code individually, if you haven't already. The first 3 are different sensor codes. It could be that the harness is not properly grounded. I would start there. Have you had any tuning done?
