dope! Those look great. Chance to run them as an upside down "L" like on the new Titans?

Anythings possible! I chose this configuration bc the length of the strips were spot on from tip to tip.

Looks good! I've been thinking of ordering a set. I guess they come in different lengths. Are they as bright as oem led drl's?

No they aren't but I got mine fro ebay so I bet the retrofit sources are brighter

I believe it was 100mm. I will measure it when I get home today

I wanna get into this as a hobby and offer services to people but it's expensive and time consuming. I have an extra set of headlights sitting in the garage and wanted to do a retro on them and sell them for a decent price here to help out some guys. What I really want to do is attempt to retrofit a set of led projectors in our housing. That might be the next project

Sweet. I'm curious about it also bit financially at moment can't afford and also my truck is my dd. can't yank the lights out and piddle with them unless got some to pop in there during that time. Soon as my new career gets to rolling tho I should be able to start on my goodies list for the truck. But my new home an all is lil bit higher on the priority list.
Still say tho. Awesome looking lights.

I'm going to be doing a retro soon. i would also like to know the length of it. what did you need to tap them into

I'm currently finishing up mine, will be put back together in one piece today. Morimoto XSB switchback halos and strips from the retrofit source. I only got the 6" strip as the next closest size was 18" and I couldn't figure out where to put one that big. Kinda wish I had seen this first and measured that distance, might be 22"? The perfect halo size you would need is 115mm but they don't make those. I went with 110mm and there's still some underhang on the hi beam shroud. They run as DRL's and then flash amber for turn signals and lock/unlock.

That looks good bud! Not to mention that those switchbacks are expensive as well

Wildcats,,,, how do these attach inside the housing?

Most strips are sold with a 3M backing, but even if they are I'd suggest using a 5 minute epoxy. Just mix some up then use a toothpick to dab a little down the length of the strip.

The strips that I bought came with a little bracket that screws in and attaches to that
