I haven't ever used the Hawk pads, but others say they like them. I have a pair of the EBC Truck/SUV pads on my wife's vehicle. I can tell you that they are excellent in the brake dust area. Hardly any at all. The bite is sudden on them however. It took some getting used to at first. But they stop fine for me. Either way you should be good, just decide what pproperty means more to you. FWIW

Don't chance it.....go EBC. That is unless you like to hit the spray wash every week, or carry a bottle of wheel cleaner in your truck and a roll of paper towels!
