Not sure -- only if the beds are identical on the KC and CC -- I don't know the answer, but i suspect it is "NO."

Not sure of this either --
the hardware requires no drilling (clamps on in 4 places on the side rails).
Since I don't have utilitrac, I don't know the answer.

No, it will not fit a KC -- this is for Crew Cab ONLY.
