Hey was wondering if any one new how to install stereo in there titan looking for some instrustion so i can do it my self ty ! pics would be great to lol

dont have any pics but as long as you get a wiring kit and dash kit,the install is very easy.the wire kit has all the wires color coded so you just match up the colors with your new stereo harness and plug it in

Yeah what he ^ said. Heck my Kenwood DNX was easier than my JL Cleansweep..lol

awsome thanks any sugesion on where to get the dash kit i am installing a pioneer avh p6300bt in my 2006 titan i know i need a wire harness to right? and do you know where i can get that adapter so my steering wheel controls still work lol ty guys

I got all my stuff from Crutchfield.

bestbuy has the wiring harness .im not sure on the dash kit i got mine from ebay

Thinking of doing the same so I can get the aux port for my satellite. I have the base model single disc headunit with no aux.

Does it sound ok with the stock speakers. Have the money for aftermarket headunit but not the speakers.

I just installed a Kenwood DDX418 in my T yest. Install is easy. Like everyone said just get a harness and color match the wires. This hasnt been mentioned though. When I hooked mine up it wouldnt turn on. I called crutchfield tech support and they informed me that Titans do not have an actual ground in the factory harness. I had to run my ground wire from my new stereo to a peice of metal in the dash. There is prob a better way to do this but I did the easy thing at the time.

The reason I ask is I thought I saw somewhere that the oem speakers run different ohms than aftermarket.

when i first installed mine i kept the factory speakers and it sounded better to me than it did with the factory stereo.i have since replaced all the speakers
