They are torque to yield, one time use, bolts. I would not reuse them, if you do you will be pulling the heads back off very soon.

Here is the stock torque values:

Tool number : KV10112100 (BT-8653-A)
Step a : 98.1 N·m (10 kg-m, 72 ft-lb)
Step b : 0 N·m Loosen in the reverse order of
tightening.
Step c : 44.1 N·m (4.5 kg-m, 33 ft-lb)
Step d : 60° degrees clockwise
Step e : 60° degrees clockwise

The ARP's will use a standard torque value, they are not torque to yield.
