I noticed mine had moved upward to the 1st position a few times. I think it was from getting change out of my pocket and pushing up un the headrest with my shoulder.

Doe anyone else have a problem with there head rest always extending out of the lower position?

Mine does that all the time. I push it down as hard as I can, and it still sneaks up. Really not that big of a deal, more of an nuisance.
