almost all double dins and single din radios are sililar in size. Not all, but most. If you have the 2010 stock radio, you will need to buy the aftermarket d.din and then buy the mounting kit along with radio bezel to incorperate and fit the double din. Metra makes a kit, as does Schoche. both can be searched on ebay along with the year of your titan.

Theres plennnttyyyyy of other posts about this if you search it in the search bar ontop.

good luck with purchase and install.

Wish I could say that was a good helpful post but it wasn't lol (sweet rim mod btw)

Most pioneer models will fit, I am running an avh2300 in mine with plenty of clearance. Just buy a metra faceplate off eBay and to mount the new head unit you will use the stock metal brackets off your oem radio, flip them and install into new heading. Post your model your interested in so we can confirm or deny. Plenty of double dins have been too deep for the Titan so it's a good thing you asked.

The biggest issue with fit is the hookups on the back of the unit. There is a large metal dash brace that interferes with too many wires hanging off the back. If the RCAs plug into the back it will be tight. If they have a pigtail hookup it will be easier.
