My 2011 titan pro 4x has a cracked exhaust manifold so I'm looking into headers. What's the best combo as well as cats or no cats?

If you don't have emissions testing you can go with no cats, but if you do you need the cats. Cajun's the best place to get the whole set. The OEM exhaust will eventually rust out on you, might as well replace it all if you can.

Doug Thorley long tubes. The rest is left up to you. By the way, they ain't cheap, but IMO they're worth it.

Only issues with DT are expensive and you have to lengthen the sensor wires and with JBA you don't.

Headers are headers IMO. Jbas work the same but are cheaper and easier.

I just replaced my manifolds and exhaust with the stage 2 package from cajunbpipes. IMO these are great products, great service from knowledgable folks. The end result is very good. I cringed every time I started my truck and heard that ticking sound. Now I look forward to starting it and hearing that satisfying growl. Loving my truck again. Thanks to seymore4 for doing the uprev tune.

Definitely interested in the Cajun setup. Watched a few of nightowls videos on YouTube and love the sound. I am curious about the cat less headers I know your truck is a 05 model however will the uprev tune fool the CEL on my 2011?

We can disable the codes that cause the CEL in the tune so you can run full catless if you don't have to pass an obd2 scan for emissions.

If you have emissions testing you do need the catted b pipes to relocate the secondary O2 sensor to after the cat and keep the CEL off.

Yeah I'll just go with the catted b pipes to save the trouble I just seen the cat less has the bottle resonators. Will the ultra quiet alone be enough to control the rasp and pop the titans are known for?

The proper muffler if other than stock is very important to help control CIS and rasp. The UQ does a awesome job killing the drone and rasp but the bottle resonators (Bpipe) will completely eliminate it and leave you with a clean exhaust note. There will still be a slight bit of rasp/CIS with the UQ alone so yes I do recommend catted or resonated catless bpipes as well.
