Well, I finally decided to purchase a Titan.
2015 Titan S Crew Cab with 12,481 miles...

The simplicity is what I like....solid design, nothing perfect, but with proper maintenance and the tricks learned here, I think I will be very happy with the Titan.

First mod, will be the Axle Vent !!!!! ( easiest lol )

Congrats, did you go 4x4 or 2wd ? Sounds like you basically got a brand new truck.

4x4. Need that for buffalo winters

It has been sitting on lot for a couple months. Apparently everyone wants and needs every gadget and option available. Not me, one of the greatest things was the plain metal key, just like my 97. Toy lol

Anyway

Didn't help they started out asking price around 29k. After numerous price drops when I went to go look at it was at $25700.

Test drove it. Drove nice. Real nice get up n go. Even still smelled new.
I offered them $23k. They said no, I told them my offer good for 3 weeks. After a few emails between us over two weeks, we agreed upon $24500.

My 36 month/36,000 mile warranty expires Aug 2018
My 5 year/80,000 power train expires Aug 2020

I called nissan with the vin to verify and check to make sure : )

So, during those couple weeks , i also looked at the price a new or lightly used super crew truck 4x4, is well, INSANE

$24500 for the condition. Mille age and warrenty, I felt it's a good move.
Since tomorrow Easter, I pick it up on Monday. Dropped off the down payment and filled out the paperwork.

Thank you.

Finding a solid simple straight forward truck without a ton of electrics is almost impossible.

Titan design from 2004. Basicly unchanged since then
Couple years ago I saw a guy at the pumps, asked him how he liked his titan. Said he loved it, cept for gas mileage lol

2015 model year, little issues addressed cept for axle breather, and the manifolds. Brake issue from earlier years addressed. Heater issues fixed I imagined, I don't recall reading that but I would imagine.

Guy at work just spent over 30k on a frontier.
New tundra,f150, ram or Silverado over 34k

I figured I saved myself the 1st year and and half depreciation.depreciation . all in all I'm very happy with the devision

You guys sharing info was a big help
