I had a 2" leveling kit installed on my 4x4 2004 XE and it still ISN't LEVEL!!! It is still lower than the *** end!!! I can't stand it! Is there anything I can do now to get the front level with the back? I don't want to lower the back any, just raise the front about 1/4" to .5". I am young and have limited resources. thanks

If the *** end is lower why would you lower it? put a 1"-1.5" block in the rear. If the front is still lower you could put some SAWs on it and gain about 1".

I beleive your post makes no sense
but what i got from it was that its stll not level and the back end is still higher than that front, if thats the case get some bilstein adjustable shocks or some saws

If you can find someone with a 08 or 09 Pro 4x that is switching to aftermarket coilovers, get the stockers off them, then install your 2" spacer and you should be where ya want. IF your backend is taller than the front. You will get some UCA coil bucket contact at full droop...but it's not too bad.

It's the setup I'm running now....along with the PRG 1" rear block, shackles, t-bars.

[email protected] Some people spend $1500 on 6" lifts and the rear sits down ALOT more then the front, they dont B!tch about it. Like I said above, Coilovers will help, but if you do that with the leveling kit, you need UCAs. Always remember young buck, for every one thing you do, you have to do something else to back it up and make it work right. once you start screwing with stuff, it never stops. nothings perfect in life, be happy its higher then the stock height. and seriously... 1/4-1/5"????? theres more important things in life to worry about than that. cmon dude, thats ludicris to compain about.

Heck, you think that's bad, try mod'ing an Armada!!!! Dude, your Titan is far easier to work on, find service techs who know the truck, and work out kinks on than on an Armada.

If you got a PRG, then call Greg!!! If it's a different brand then you could sell your 2" and get a 2.5" then you'll likely need to replace the UCA's.

If inconsistencies are gonna piss you off then you better trade it in for another truck to mod because these trucks have a LOT of inconsistencies. Everytime you change something, you're opening up a whole new can of unknown-WTF. When I put on the 6" Lift, I couldn't fit my rear wheels on. I had to go fork out another $270 to space the wheels out further just to get it driveable again and I thanked the good Lord that someone had them locally in stock. Talk about a pisser after having already spent $1600 down the drink.

'04 tend to sit really tall in back. Besides adjustable coilovers, your kinda stuck. Your truck is the anomally.

rear lowering shackles from PRG is your cheapest option...Or drop a $1000 on a set of new coilovers. If neither one of those are an option for you then your just gonna have to suck it up and push on.

Your front coils could be sagging....mine did. Heck even Todd's 08' 4x4's springs were effed up...along with the shocks...

Well...J/A your truck was too low in the front from the factory, so all any single kit can do is get real close. In fact any level kit for any truck is "approximately" not "exactly" in it's lift numbers...

So stop whining like a pregnant Yak and enjoy your truck....
