I am looking to replace my front left door sperker or both on my 2004 titan king cab with rockford fosqate with no nave. I think it is blown by the sound. It's a 6 by 9? The dealer wants 100 for one I have seen ones on amazon for 40. ((What speaker model should I be looking for?)) I can install it my self. If I were to upgrade get the same wattage sperker? For the stock amp. I was thinking about getting the
AudioControl LC2i Black 2 Channel Line-Output Converter down the road for my 2 10'' in my other car or a new deck$$. A new deck costs alot for install if, I want my staring weel controls:). I have read do your selfers fry their head unit. A new deck has the best sound quality but do I want to bypass my stock amp?&& trying to save money. My other car sounds grate with a stock speakers a after market deck and jl subs/amp.. don't mean to ramble thanks for reading:) with that all in mind I just want to replace my door speakers for now see if it sounds better then save up some money

I am driving them with and Alpine 3522 amp (rated at 30W RMS into 4 ohms)

Try the speakers with your system before you spend on amps.. you might be surprised.

You will need to carve about 1/16 out of each end (of the plastic door adapters...) to make these fit... a Dremel with a coarse sanding drum will take about 30 seconds... use the adapter ring they come with as a template.
