Ok so here's the quick timeline...
I recently put a boss plow on my 05 titan. Plow was making front end drop too much so I added a leveling kit. I go plowing and axle pops out of front diff of driver side. I get axle back in and it stays in for a year. This Season, first storm axle comes out. I chalk it up to a bad diff. Buy a used diff and put it in and plow with it. Works fine. Went on a road trip this weekend and needed 4wd in the snow and axle pops out and again!! No plow on truck!!!!

Anyone have this issue? Know a solution? I'm wondering if it's due to leveling kit but I need some sort of suspension upgrade to support the plow.

It's a known problem, if you do a search on here you will find others. There's a C clip that holds it in and is probably broken and/or missing.
