15 year old with a 04 Titan? Put it in storage until you're 20 so it's not beat to heck in 6 months. :)

Hey guys. I'm 15 years old and just got a 2004 Nissan Titan Crew Cab. I was wondering...I am looking to spruce it up a bit and was wondering what would be some good mods or accessories to start with. Thanks a lot!
Well back to this topic. Welcome to Titan talk. The few general mods which people mainly do are things like intake and exhaust,Picking a nice intake and exhaust can do quite a bit, other are they also make a few tuners,s/chargers,cams,headers, A Titan member on here not to far from where I live has the general mods with headers and a tuner and ran a 14.11 "dbolemiss"

Yeah I was just ribbing him a bit. I remember the first vehicles I had at that age - they didn't last long because 15-17 year olds drive the crap out of any keys they're given. It's one of the reasons my first car was a 77 Plymouth Gran Fury.

Yeah i see what your saying, Ill be honest and say when I first starting driving I always had my truck stomped atleast half or more. Started with a 04f-250 then my titan. + the easier on the gas=better gas mileage.lol gas is supposed to be up to 4$ down here by winter

Man! That's a lot of truck for a 15 y/o...Be safe kid. I know how reckless I was at 15...

Fix ups. What do you want to do? Grills and wheels are easy. Wheels might not be cheap, but they're commonly done. I think one of the best things I did early to mine was the chrome tailgate bib cover. About 70 bucks off of ebay and sets it off well. Lots of inexpensive things that can be done. What trim level did you get? XE, SE, LE? Chrome door handles and mirror covers look sharp IMHO as well, and again aren't too hard on the pocketbook.

Welcome to the boards, congrats on the new ride, and enjoy!

Mods? Well let's see... Stillen Supercharger, 6" lift, new wheels and 35 inch tires, intake, exhaust, cams, headers, bugshield, bullbar, offroad lights, stepboards, vent visors, tailgate bibs, tonneau covers, monster sound system, woodgrain dash kit, window tint, HID headlights, LED taillights, fender flares, and that's just a start. There's more but I'd have to look up Tomnymods' & Pi3yeargrad's mod list!

Good luck with your truck and take it easy on the right pedal. You'll want to be around to see this truck evolve.

Performance mods are nice but your truck is already plenty fast. Cosmetic mods are for everybody else. When you are in the truck you can't appreciate them.

When I was your age the thing that I would have enjoyed the most was a kick a$$ audio system. PM Tech12volt. He can set you up with something that you will really appreciate.
