hey guys,

sorry if this type of topic has been beaten to death, but i'm having the hardest time trying to decide on a lift to buy.

2007 SE 4x4

looking at;

Fox coilovers, set to 2" with a 1" spacer
PRG 3.5" lift (level?)
Rancho 4" lift

mainly looking to get rid of the rake, clear 33x12.5, and a bit of offroad performance.

With the first one, your going to need upper control arms, but it would ride the best, PRG next, Rancho 4" last, it is a bracket lift and will give you zero extra clearance. 4th option for you 2" spacer, Bilstein 5100's on middle setting and Dirtking Bushing arms up front, 1.5" rear block and bilstein 5125's

My truck has also been lifted since about 2 months after I bought it. No problems with my final drive. Going on almost 9 years now.

I have the same setup as Fishn, but with just a 1" block in the rear since I don't have a camper. If you're only trying to fit 33's I'd say stay away from the 4" and just go with a 2" level or 3" mini lift. The PRG 3.5" is actually only 3". He hasn't updated it to the current Bilsteins which no longer provide 1.5" of lift on the middle setting.

so would UCA's, Fox 2's or 2.5's set to 2" or 2.5" with a 1" spacer and 1" or 1.5" block in the back give me the same amount of lift as the PRG kit would? I would rather have a more comfortable ride, but I would like the clearance of those 33's.

Why are you dead set on the fox's?

ICONS are easier to adjust, have more travel, and won't require any modifications or fitment issues. I loved my FOX2.5's but you could tell FOX did not do nearly the R&D that they should've. IE axle clearance was non existent, resi bracket was flimsy, you have to adjust the coil springs to adjust preload.

He's right, but yes they would provide about the same lift as the PRG kit. I also think Greg list the kit as a 3.5" kit, because that is the amount of lift it would give if you put it on a 2wd,it should say 3-3.5" lift

Sounds like an improperly installed lift to me, or a lift that was not done correctly. Those issues are not caused by a lift that is done right. Thousands of guys have lifts and leveling kits installed on their Titans without issues. If you did not install the lift, nor were you the original owner, you have no idea what was done to that truck.
