So I'm very indecisive when it comes to picking out a wheel/tire combo for my 2017 Pro4x. I've narrowed it down to a few different options. Chime in if you would and just help me decide.

I'd prefer not to do any lifting right now, but not opposed to doing some trimming. With that being said, the 3rd option would require a small lift. I would likely get a 2"x1" leveling kit and UCA's if I went that route, but that adds more $$ up front.

I like the Method Mesh wheels a lot, but hate that they don't come in something close to a 0 offset. I also prefer BFG KO2's, but they don't make them in the size needed for option 3.

1. BFG KO2 305/65R18 (33.6"x12") with Method Mesh 18x9 +18 offset.
2. BFG KO2 305/55R20 (33.2"x12") with Fuel Lethal 20x9 +1 offset.
3. Nitto Ridge Grappler 295/70R18 (34.2"x11.6") with Method Mesh 18x9 +18 offset.

I'm equally indecisive. If I were looking at a +1 offset, I'd look at the Fuel Sledge. That was the wheel I really wanted but didn't come in a +20. Of the two you posted I probably prefer the Fuel. I think the Method looks a little cheap IMHO.

I'd want to see a 0 offset with a 305. From a +18 you're picking up about 0.75" on the offset plus more on your tire. That may be too much for my taste.

I posted a profile shot of the +20 with a 295 in my thread so you can see how it looks.

Personally I'd go option 3. I think a 34 on an 18 inch rim looks great, and I love the Nittos. My least favorite of your options is #2 because I don't care for the look of a 33" tire on a 20" rim. I think 20s need 35s.

IMO find a wheel thats gonna be the offset you actually like. otherwise you'll be adding wheel adaptors. I'm sick of the Fuel wheels, i ran the Fuel Boosts from 2011 to this past month when i sold the truck lol. KMC XD series has a few sweet wheels IMO. Pro Comp also has a couple new ones that look great. I think both brands have a similar style as the Method Mesh.

i think the wheels in the thumbnail on the right would look better, the milling will offset your white truck but u still are mostly black rimmed, which of course looks good

if ur gonna spend the money on a new truck, you do the 34"s , every. single. time.
and yeah i know that means lift it

if too spendy, wait another month, get the funds or you will regret not going bigger ...

ex: im shopping for wheels this fall as i am going to a 6" lift with 35" tires which i should have done in the first place

I 100% agree on the offset. Stock offset on 9" wide wheels is +12. I'd go with as close to a 0 or -12 if I could do it over again. I have +12's and wish I had another .5-1" of negative offset.

To give you an idea, here's my 9" wide +12 offset wheel with 275/70R18 tires. Second picture is with 1" adapter so it'd basically be a -12 offset. A 305 tire will stick out roughly .6" more than the 275 tire.

Don't know why they're sideways in the thumbnail, but show up correctly when you click on them.

There was no rubbing with the 1" spacers (don't have them on anymore), but those are stock tires. I plan on moving up to 295/70R18 once these wear out, but I'm also lifted 3" so I doubt I'll have any rubbing. If the new tires don't stick out as far as I want I'll probably get spacers again.
