So I'm going from BT mirrors to the power ones.. Mine were screwed in with 3 long screws and then one nut..

Well, when I put the new power ones on I was screwing it in and it effing popped right out the plastic because I wasn't even thinking.. I'm so pissed it's not even funny..

Anything I can do to make this not look horrible? Obviously I can't have a hole as the rain will just get in it..

Put a washer on the screw and put it back? Then you can paint the washer/screw.

I would pull it off fill it with whatever, something that will bond to the plastic sand it down an spray it with a light coat of bedliner.

Thanks for the replies.. So how do I "fill" it or whatever with bondo? I looked up bondo but didn't see any videos about using it to repair an actual HOLE.. Sigh...

Dude just go to Home Depot or a hardware store and buy a small tube of black silicone or epoxy and fill it. If you need to spray it after that, then hit it with some black paint or crinkle paint.

Will silicone dry hard? I searched home depot for black epoxy and didn't see any.. Going to go there tomorrow..

Silicone caulk will dry sort of hard as it's not an adhesive. It's made to be removed and replaced when needed. It is waterproof, but epoxy would be the better option.

Go to home depot and get a push type retainer clips that fits that hole. you might like it or not but cheap clean look

I've used this to seal cracks in an RV holding tank. Comes out black and certainly seals well. No poop escaping after I used it.
