After having my truck lifted and leveled 3.5", I constantly have this vibration in the front end like my tires are out of balance but they are not. I have had my truck aligned and balanced, rechecked and checked again and yet Istill have this vibration. It usually starts at anything over 25mph. Any ideas???

It's more than likely your CV angle is the problem. Anything over 3" without a bracket lift seems to cause a problem. With that being said this is just what I have read on here. I don't know what all the prg kit comes with, but my suggestion would be a smaller spacer up front. Hopefully it comes with their upper control arms to eliminate coil bucket contact, but you may be getting some anyway. Check your coil bucket and your UCAs to see if they are hitting.

5100's are on middle perch. The PRG kit I have came with UCA's and there is no coil bucket contact that I know of. I do have 1.5" wheel spacers also which are hub centric. I also get some extra vibrations from the engine brake when I'm slowing down that didn't used to be there. I'm gonna bring 5100's down to lowest perch and see if that helps. What do you guys think?

remove the retaining clips that hold the rotors on all 4 tires before installing the wheel spacer, if those clips are still there, the wheel spacers will not set properly against the rotor that will cause shaking.

The PRG kit is actually only 3". It used to be 3.5 with the old Bilstein's, but he just has a 2" spacer with 1" of lift from the 5100's. I would swap your tires back to front to see if happens to be a wheel balancing issue even though they said they're balanced. Did the shop know how to install Bilstein's on the truck? We have to re-use certain OEM parts or else you'll have issues.

I looked all around and don't see any sort of clip.
I am not familiar with any clip either. I have bills on mid perch and 1.5" spacers on my 15 without issue. Maybe give your u-joint a look and see if it's bad or maybe a wheel bearing. Spacers are rough on the hubs, but being a 15, I would think that shouldn't be an issue, yet. Other than these things, bumping it up to the top will maybe get someone with more expertise than I to chime in.
