If anyone can tell me how to make the grille like in this one: http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...890-40-rigid-led-light-bar-behind-grille.html that would be amazing! i know i can use expanded metal but idk how i would create the border by the led bar... thanks in advance :smile:

If you can't figure it out on your own in not sure you'd have the experience necessary to built it. And I mean absolutely 0 offense by that but I just don't want to give advice and have you waste money.

I know how I can build it and know what to do, I just know what I would use for the border around the led bar..

im pretty sure he used 1x1/8th flat bar, and its just tacked in place on the mesh only in between the V shape so 6 seperate pieces
