Hello to you all!

I am a real rookie on both this forum and in planning to buy a Titan.
It is scheduled to be mine on Thursday (22/12) but we'll see how everything turns out since it is holidays and such upcoming.

I just wanted to say hello and thanks for letting me be a part of your society.

Is there anyone else from Sweden here?

It's a 04 Crew Cab LE that i am planning to buy. All stock apart from the exhaust i believe.
Quite rare truck here in Sweden since gas prices are a bit higher than in the US.

He didn't say it was a grey Titan... although it probably is. :upsidedow

2004, huh? Read up on here. That being the first year of the Titan's existence, there were some factory-built issues with that model year. It can be a good truck, but there are some things to watch out for. All that is very heavily documented on here.

Good luck and welcome to the fray!

Welcome to the forums! Does Nissan Europe offer the Titan for sale in Europe? Or is your pending purchase a "grey market" import?

Just wanted to hear from Swedie about the history of his Titan. More than likely, the Titan was not an "official" import, but it's certainly a capable and unique vehicle in Scandinavia.
Hi dkmura and Blackbeauty!

No there are as far as i know no known official channel to Titans here in Europe. The one that im interested in has lived its full life here in Sweden apart from the manufacturing and so on. But it was sold new in Canada and then shipped here promptly.

It is as gray as it can be :p

The "american" pickup-market here offers a wide variety of veichles and since its my first pickup ever i thought it would be a good idea to start off with something fairly economical. The same equipped Dodge or Chevy with petrol engine and 4x4 is approximately 30% more expensive. Hence the choice for the Titan.
I am planning to buy it from a distant (is it the right word) friend so i get a good deal and i now have it for evaluation over christmas.
I am already in love i think :D It is going to be mine. Just the yearly carinspection to be done and then we make the deal!

Thanks for all the welcomes! Its appreciated!

It looks really good. Was it kept indoors?
Thanks! I'm really satisfied with it! :D Not by the previous owner and unfortunately not be me neither since i live in an apartment. Maybe the second previous owner kept indoors.
It has been undercoated though when arriving to Sweden. Time to do it again i believe. :)
