Sounds like a bad ground.

I ran several different grounds. Has anyone ever used anything to get rid of the interference
Sounds like cheap igniters which have too much RFI....

Will that cause it not to buzz on AM channels, because it sounds fine on FM channels? And if so, Is there one out there that is better that you recommended?

I came off short, didn't mean to...
There are many cheap chy-wan-ese units out there, in fact it's hard to avoid them unless you throw out some big bucks...or get lucky. I'm looking to do HID conversions to my off-road lights and will be at the mercy of my wallet also...
Good grounding is critical, as others have stated....
This is typical of cheap units, having the interference on the AM stations. I have them on my Armada, and knock on plastic, I have not had any problems with them, I have them installed on both the headlights and fog lights. It would help, if you could post up some pics of the ballast, the plugs that you have. I have installed them on many vehicles.
I'm confused here......where is there a ground wire? These kits are plug and play into the OEM harness/connectors.

I believe theyre just talking about the Trucks Overall Electrical Grounding
so, I'm still confused. I read the other Thread posted by BlackBeauty and also all the info reply by everyone here. And there are alot of good ideas to try. I dont really have all the time to try all of them to see which works. Does anyone know definitely what could fix this problem?
I have been told that upgrading to 'digital ballasts' should correct this issue...as long as the issue isn't being caused by something else i.e. poor grounding:eyebrow:
