I wouldn't just go out on a limb and buy the very cheapest HID lights on ebay.

If you look through the forums...you can find vendors that people have had good luck with.

You'll probably pay about 50 bucks more...but when dealing with HID vendors...dime a dozen lately... I'm not a big fan of being a guinea pig.
Not a good HID kit. There's only a 30 day warranty. And there's no specs on the bulb or ballast. You need to know average run time and all that good stuff. I paid about $150 for mine and bought a dual hi/low kit for my brother's Tundra and been a year with no issues. His name is "nixnehc".
cool...i think i will find a vendor here then
smartforcars sells good ones shipped to your door in 2 or 3 days for about$100

I bought some for my sisters yaris last week, the ballasts were broken and they sent me a whole new set for free...no questions asked.. it took me 2 days to get a hold of them and was a little scared but they were out or something.

got a link to his site?
What I've found is that the cheapo kits bulbs don't have a very long life to them. They don't burn out (HIDs don't burn out) but lose their brightness over time (I replaced the wifes bulbs after about a year to 18 months). Maybe I've been out of the HID buying loop too long but, $75 seems more like the price of a good set of pure white PIAA halogen bulbs, not HIDs. Having said that....all you have to lose is $75 as opposed to $200+ for the better HID kits.
