mine does the same, i always though it was the fuel injection. It only happens when you are on the gas and as soon as you left off its gone. I can constantly hear it going 70 on the interstate. It sounds like it is comming from the engine compartment and not the back of the truck. I thought it was normal i just turn up my radio lol

my 04 le does the same thing and i just had to replace my rear end its not the rear end trust me i think its the intake i just think its sucking in air cuase it sounds like its coming from the left front of the truck right where the intake is maybe i am wrong but it sounds just like that to me and if you can hear it over the motor in your truck you must have some great hearing just put pipes on it lol that will take care of it

Yea i think your right it sounds alot like my CAI on my old truck just quieter.
