Check your rear diff fluid level.

I got that whine too after I did the Truetrac, it will go away soon as I let off the gas. Added a little more fluid and it went away. This is one of those thing that has many cause, has to pin point down where it's coming from. As from all the post, it could be from the intake to the rear diff.
