Awesome to see that kind of life! Mine is only at 97k, and a 2005. Have a ways to go....

Dude, that is freaking awesome. There are a few people on here over 400k miles. There was someone over half a million miles, can't remember who it was but it's in one of those threads. What have you replaced in that time besides consumables (brake pads, etc)?

Only 165,000 for me, but it is an '04, bought February of that year - working towards its 14th birthday. Ironically, the thing that kills it may be the paint. Too many years in the GA sun.

Just went to 403,145 on my 05 Titan crew cab. I purchased it new in Sept 2006.
Lots of tires, brake pads, keep the synthetic oil changed regularly. No problems at all.
Nissan should send medallions for the front grill for high mileage.
Just curious if you put on headers ? If not, that is awesome if the manifolds held up !

.. also did you upgrade radiator and hoses ? ,,or is it all still original ?

The Titan is special and yet it seems nobody got the message !! ... except the few of us who took a chance. I tell my friends all the time, but they stick with Toyota for the most part. The Tundra and Tacoma are good trucks but the Titan is right there and for less $$ too !

345k here. About to have to replace the cats (again), and she's certainly got her little idiosyncrasies, but still going strong.

Edit to add: After getting tired of adding a quart of oil at every other fill up, I finally traded her in with 387k in June of 2019. The replacement (a pre-owned 2018 SV) is going strong at 74k.

Certainly not the highest, just weighing in: 161,000 ... '05 king cab. I've been thinking and thinking and looking and looking at getting a new one for some months now, but damn this one just keeps working (and looking) fine. It's needed a few things recently, but nothing too major: Brakes, shocks, replaced starter, and needs wheel bearings soon. But it's hard to justify $45K-$50K when the old one still works very well, and I can pay for a repair every now and then and continue on down the road without annoying nagging monthly payments. And with a new one I'd be all bothered by every little spec of dirt, nick/scratch/ding, etc. That said ... I get irrational sometimes, and might do it anyway!

That's awesome! It gives great hope that mine will be around for a long while. I have had mine for 10 years and just broke 110k to day. Hahaha

Everything is still original. The Cat converters showed error messages around 200k, when I had to get an emissions test. I replaced the O2 sensors and that took care of it. Paint is still looking good, minus a few scrapes and dents. (it is a work truck). Always been parked outside. Had a solenoid go out one time. Everything else is working just fine.
Been on synthetic motor oil since rolling over 100k. Usually average around 18 mpg, and it does like to go fast! (hurts the motor to go slow).

Hey Guys,
Been following this thread for awhile. I am looking at a 05 Titan SE with 215K, one owner and only serviced at dealership. The maintenance record is great. This was done 15k miles ago.
Recommended maintenance performed
Maintenance inspection completed
Oil and filter changed
Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed
Engine checked
Front brake rotor(s) replaced
Front brake pads replaced
Cabin air filter replaced/cleaned
Air filter replaced
Brakes checked
Tires rotated
Wheel bearings checked
Exhaust pipe replaced
Headlight bulb(s) replaced
xles checked
Engine checked
Transfer case operation checked
Transfer case serviced
Tire condition and pressure checked

They are asking 5995 for the tuck. I have had several Nissans and I am very happy with them. Never owned one with higher millage. Looking to use the truck for real basic light duty tasks. I prefer them over the Fords and Chevy's.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Mine will certainly be a victim of life in the rust belt, with only 122,000 on it now. I really appreciate this thread though, because it makes me happy to put money into my Titan every year. I plan to run it at least 5 more years, even if it has to get a new wooden bed!

Update: My '05 king cab has been relegated to the duty of touring the country making television station signal strength measurements and now has about 212k miles, still going strong (knocks on wooden head). Still no major repairs, just maintenance.
