There's a bunch of hoods. Most popular is the keystone good hood.

Just wanted to see how it would look... hmmm not completely sold on the look

This is a hood vent for a GMC HD pickup

ended up installing it on a 2010 Tahoe and it looks amazing

GT500 hood vent looks the best and he has it in the best location and pressure zone to extract heat. Heat extractors work wonders. And I wouldn't worry much about rain water. You could build a tray that could catch and route some of it if need be.

I've been wanting to do this mod for a while.

Just my opinion, i think the keystone and suncoast hoods look weird on a titan. Those ram air type scoops look chincy, but thats just my opinion and taste.

I like the way the GT500 vent is recessed into the hood and looks as if nissan added it to a special model titan from the factory in a way.

Plus, where its mounted, it will help pull heat from radiator and front area of the engine quicker, not just at speed but at idle too. The clutch fan can now push that unwanted mess out.
