I want this truck. I've always wanted this color and this package. 4x4 Flex fuel.
231k miles. Thinking of offering 4500. Thoughts? And they are not fluent in English so haggling might be hard. But I'm bringing it in cash so we will see.

Hard to give advice without knowing quite a bit more about the truck. At $4500, I suspect the only thing you'll get is a good laugh. Good luck!

What do they speak?

Look it over and make a list of things wrong so you can show them everything you found to make the price you wish to pay. You never know

Not implying their price isn't inflated, but where did you get $4500? A little research on comps is always helpful.
