I have a 2005 NISSAN TITAN Short bed and I want to put a 6" lift on it with 35s on the stock XE tires... i know this wont look the best but i dont have money to buy rims...

PLEASE GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF HOW MUCH 4 35 inch tires would cost (dont really want the expensive brand)

AND PLEASE give me an estimate of how much it costs to BUY AND INSTALL a 6 inch lift on my truck.

THANK YOU AND YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

I'm assuming your rims are 18's? Go to Discount tire and enter 35/12.5/18. It will bring up lots of tires and prices.......

I think the 05 XE's are 17's so you can save a little money there. Try 315/70-17 or 35x12.5x17. I'm sure there are variations of sizes that will get you close to 35" diameter

For 17's:

Mounting = $15 per tire
Balancing = $15 per tire
Tires = $215 per tire
Tire Tax = $20 per tire

Total = $1060

That's without any road hazard, warranty, and about the cheapest 35" tire you'll find.

Hopefully the tires you have are decent enough where you could sell them and recoup some money...

Not sure how much the lift is purchased/installed....

Kuhmo's

Nothing I would get - just saying they're available.

...that link doesn't seem to be working....

Search for 35 x 12.5 x 17 on tirerack.com and the Kuhmo Road Venture AT KL78's are $213 a piece.

my buddy just actually got a set of them tires on 20" rockstars on his f-350. I know theyre not a huge name brand but I was impressed they seemed to be a half way decent tire with an alright looking tread pattern. I mean theyre no nittos or anything but still for that price, they ain't too bad

Discount Tire is running a special on a 17" wheel/tire combo for around $1200 wrapped in 325/70-17 Terra Grapplers... Considering 325/65-18 are close to that price alone, that's something I'm definitely going to look at this fall.

As for the lift, you should be able to find a 6" lift for around $1100-$1200 and install often runs $500-$800 depending on your area.

If you wanna save $$$, 33's usually cost quite a bit less than 35's and they are "ok" under the lift.. I dunno what the MPG difference is between 33's and 35's but any savings will be quickly drained into the gas tank anyway because they're both heavy tires.

Wow..nice price!

Doscount has the Yokohama AT's for $215 a tire in a 315/70/17.
Thanks...Just went to a Off-road DVD premiere this weekend and the top door prize was a free set of 4 Yokes in any size up to 37"s...

I'm not finding this deal on their site. Is it something that is in store only?
