how much did all of you get charged to get an aftermarket installed? now im in houston and ive called over 10 different places and all i have to say is DAMN!!!!:huh: the cost of the muffler with the installation and turn-downs ranged from 185 to 300!!!!!:teethmast thats freakin ridiculous i feel like drivin my truck over there and punching the guy that charged me 300:boxing: how much did you all get charged?? or did u buy and do it yourself?

I could have got it cheeper but I paid 175 and they had it done in 2 hours. flowmaster 40 and stainless tip.

150 and it took them 45 min. flowmaster 4o muffler and 12" tip

i just came back from my homeboys muffler shop (gonzalez) and he'z charging me 120 for the flowmaster 50 installed and turndowns

I did my B & B catback all by myself in my drive way. Cost: Absolutely nothing....$000.00. I gave myself a tip..."Never spend when you can do it yourself." Smiling.

I purchased my JBA catback a couple months back. Before installing it myself in the garage, I called the local MIDAS shop for an estimate. MIDAS was going to charge me $150 for the install. I decided to save some money & installed it myself (pretty simple & straight forward). Afterwards I went to MIDAS to have them tack weld the joints for $23. Since you mentioned that you can weld,(from your other post) you can pretty much do everything yourself...Good luck...
