my pops gave me his tie down rods from his titan, so i'm looking to install them today. my question is, do i have preedisting holes or do i have drill holes. if i have to drill holes what all do i need?

I would think the holes would be ther and ready. As most options are add ons after truck is built

yeah that's what i thought til i try to match up but there are some holes.

I thought the bottom of the beds of the titans with the rails are different. there are deeper grooves so the rails sit flush with the bed. But I havent ever looked in the bed of a titan without the tie downs rails.

i just took my rails off my 2005 titan in order to fit a tonneau i got. it does not look like you got the threaded holes in your bed that you need to mount it. a little drilling and a few nutserts should make it work though

the entire bed is different for the utilitrack trucks. they also come with the side storage box. You can probably put the rails on there, but there isnt any internal bracing for them. I would be careful what you strap to them.
