WELL it came in the mail today! My full reimbursement for my change tray! I am very happy with the fast responce to this! From the time I called to the time I received was about 7 work days! :bouncy:

I got a call from the guy I talked to and was told that approval was given for a full reimbursment and that I should receive a check in 2-3 weeks.

I can live with that.

You must first call Nissan Consumer Affairs and get a file no. And get the ok from them, They will give you the fax/ph to call and then they will pay you back.

Alot of those first trucks came with them. They sence have said that they are no longer going to make this part. So I say to those of you who want one, you better get while the getten is good!

The tray in question is for the center console that comes with the bucket seat setup. I assume it was meant for ALL trim levels (XE, SE, LE)

The Change tray can olny be used on SE's without bench and LE's.

By the way my truck does not have one. I guess I'll be buying mine.

I was able to talk my salesman into taking one out of an armada and giving it to me. I guess they will order one to put back in the Armada. Now I finally have a place to store my pens and tire gauge etc. with out having to dig through the bottom of the huge storage bin. I am sure glad I didn't have to pay $62.00 for something that should cost $5.00. I guess it depends on what rep. you talk to at Nissan. My Rep. talked to the "Titan Specialist" and they were supposed to make a decision but they never called me back. So I went back to the Dealer and asked my salesman if he could help me. After talking to his Manager who said no the Salesman gave me the tray anyway.

I don't think there is a correct answer to that. It is not listed on the Invoice so they don't have to include it, but that doesn't mean it won't be included later.
