My JBA system doesn't pop either, but have heard that it does on some trucks. I'm not sure what the diffference could be?

I'm not sure what else he had on his truck other than an S&B intake.

if anything like exhausts on dirt bikes, 95% of the time it pops, the tune is wrong, AF mixture is wrong.

the other 5% is there is a leak on the system.

Its why I can not wait for Honda to release EFI on the CRf450, I get tired of tuning for altitude.
