Up until now, I've always had American trucks and would put MSD and new 8mm wires.

Now I want to replace the plugs (give these a shot https://sparkplugauto.com/pulstar/iridium/pulstar-iridium-dg-1i-spark-plug.html ) but should I / could I replace the coil plug wires too? Are there any performance wires? :eyebrow:

Titan uses coil packs, no high voltage plug wires to replace.

I just saw on some other threads that it isn't really necessary / beneficial to upgrade the coil packs. Has anyone here done it?

Waste of money since you're not running a form of forced induction that might cause spark blow-out. The OE coil-packs are more then adequate for your current setup.
