It all depends on your local dealership’s policy. Surprisingly Nissan USA doesn’t have a policy. Some dealerships say they have to install it. Other dealerships say it doesn’t matter as long as it is the OEM kit (which it is). I also provide a dealership receipt with purchase for warranty.

I have a 2018 Pro4x with a 1.5" front level. What advantages, if any, would the Icon lift add.(real world height) Drove a Platinum Reserve and was sold on the P4X. The salesman told me that's why they still have the PR. Once people drive the P4X no one goes back.

Biggest advantage is ride quality. Will make your truck ride BETTER than new, even at 3” of front lift. Stock struts blow out at 30-60k miles. The icon kit is fully rebuildable. The joints in the upper arms are designed to last 100k miles. I have many customers that have gone from even Bilstein 5100 struts to Icon and say there is no comparison. I can send many testimonial screen shots about the ride quality. You’re in luck if you’re seriously interested because I have a kit with 3000 miles on it for sale right now for $2500 shipped. Looks damn near new. Message if interested
