I think it might have something to do with that music you're listening to.... haha! Just kidding.

I'm in Alaska and a couple weeks ago it was -35f and my 2010 begrudging started and the only issue I had was flat spots on my tires until they rolled for a while. I couldn't tell from the video, but was the truck running when that happened? Your tach was kinda covered.

If it was running, I would think your voltmeter would be higher (like around 14 volts) but yours was showing 11ish. I would start by checking the battery voltage both when it's not running and when it is running. When running your alternator should bump it up to close to 14 volts.

** Just checked mine and my volt gauge is above the mid point when running and yours is below. I think you have a battery/charging problem and your computer is spazzing at the low voltage.

Low batteries do weird things to our trucks. Battery may show 12V, but could still be bad (happened to me).
