In-operative windows

I have an 05 Limited CC, my situation is that at this time the passenger window is down and all other windows are up including the back electric window, and none are working. I am trying to figure out which fuse is on their electrical path. I also have a Viper alarm that was acting eratically, going off for no reason so I pulled the 2 fuses for it by the battery. None of the windows work, with or without the after market alarm fuses in. Can anyone lead me to where to start troubleshooting? I don't know if it's an electrical trouble or a key fob problem, related to the truck or the alarm. Thanks.
