Bought my Titan at Infiniti of Tampa a couple of months ago. Still haven't received my title and tag. After the first temp expired I called and they overnighted another one. The second temp has expired and now I can't get through to the lady in charge of tags and she is not returning my calls. Now I'm driving around with an expired tag and it's not my fault. I think this is ridiculous and am not at all happy with the level of customer service I have received. It didn't take them this long to cash my check...

I would show up. Its hard to dodge you when you are sitting in their office. I wouldn't leave until they resolve the matter. But at the same time I would hate to lose a days pay for calling off work.

I would definitely note this problem on the survey...

If you financed any part of it you won't get a title. Florida is a "title hold" state and the title goes to the lender. You get it back when the loan is paid off. The tags in Florida are also a bit strange. Most of the time they are transferred from the vehicle you are selling or trading. It costs more to get a new tag. In any event, you should get your registration form in the mail from the tag office (along with a new tag if you went that route). Two months is way too long - either the lady submitted the paperwork late or the tag office has it screwed up. Sorry if you already knew all this.
