just thought i would let you guys know about the B.S. that happend at the stealership today....
i got in my truck this morning to go to work i pushed the CD button and nothing happend it wouldn't load eject or switch to CD mode i took it to the dealer and they said that my radio lost its proramming some how they said that my battery lost connection and it messed up the radio.
he told me something else that is very interesting and fuc*ed up if your battery looses connection that the radio will still function with a stored memory for over 50 cranks of the vehicle and after that it would unprogram

I never hear that one. Yes if you disconnect your battery the radio still keeps it memory

I dont believe that to be true, i disconnected my battery to clean the terminals and the memory was lost on my radio. i had to reprogram everything!

Confirmed...... Did it yesterday and had to reprogram everything.

oops!! your right my sat was fine but the radio I had to redo. I dont listin to the radio just the Sat
