I've personally owned four.

True Flow
Injen
AEM
S&B

Looks:

Injen
AEM
S&B
True Flow

Performance:

Injen
S&B
AEM
True Flow

I sold my Injen to get S&B...and I really wish I had it back. I can no longer run 0-60's as well as I could with Injen.

I've got the Volant, and at certain rpm ranges, a ton of vibration.
I like my Nismo, it looks great, sounds cool and seems to built a lot better than the K&N I had on my 04 Titan.
I have to say injen IMHO looks and runs the best in my truck....

I've heard this alot, not just on the Titan! IMO, and a lot of others', INJEN! That's what I'm going with as soon as I can.
I second the NISMO.
I got the s&b....and i love it
I refused to buy a cai until injen power flow came out and I bought one. I don't have it in my possession as it's still in transit but I can't wait to get it. The other units are overpriced for gussied up plastic that really doesn't do anything except extract money from your wallet.
I own a Framboost2, which is the same thing as a AEM Brute Force.

Reason for purchase.... Dry Filter!!!

I really like the way it performs!!

Wouldn't trade it for anything!
