Bear with me here ... pics were taken sloppily, quickly, and carelessly on my camera phone as the nag (woman figure) kept bothering me.

last pic there is to show the wire cover/wrapping i used (plastic tubing w/ a slit int he middle... its the one with the zip tie on it)

**paid about $9 for 20ft at OSH for the tubing**

all in all it turned out great!

Very nice. Mine still work great after 3.5 years.

really?? damn good to know... any idea why one of them is getting some water inside it? washed the truck today around 12 parked it and came back an hour later to see it was foggy on the inside... not that it will hinder its performance.. after it gets hot enough the water evaporates but comes back.

was a little loose of a fit, i went to OSH and picked up some of that foam matting to go around the ourside of the light.. gives it a nice snug fit and looks much nicer rather than a gap between them and the housing.

Do you even notice it with your 55W lows?
i do but these are much lower and aimed downward since the lift makes it so the low beams not even realyl hit the aspahlt... big improvement overall.. the 55w lo's kinda shoot the light straight out and making me see pretty far just not well... with the fogs i can see all... i try not to drive with them on sicne they are freaking bright!!! but the halos just look too good.

Looks good....
thanks i appreciate it

sweet parking job

Don't mean to resurrect an old thread but I just got these. However the cabling doesn't seem long enough from one fog housing to the other. Did you guys extend the lines somehow?

Yeah I ran all new wires.
Would you mind explaining what you did? Did you just splice into the existing wires supplied and extended the ends so it'd reach or use whole new wiring? Ive had these sitting here and would really love to install them but cant figure out how to do it

If you have existing fog lights it's as easy as tapping into OEM wire.
If you don't, you can still use the factory wire but will need a relay and a switch.

You can use this thread, follow the direction except where he mod the factory switch you just replace it with an aftermarket switch.

Thanks I will keep that in mind

However, what did you do to connect the wires from one foglight to another, as the kit supplied isnt long enough (at least mine isnt). Did you just extend the wires that came in the package? I dont have a problem connecting with a relay and switch, thats what I planned on doing.

My problem is when actually mounting the lights, the wires supplied in the package arent long enough
