Installing trailer light connector, and it doesn't fit

If whomever you bought it from isn't helpful, you can try calling into eTrailer.com tech support if they don't have your set up on their website. I have to admit, I'm having a tough time visualizing your problem without a picture or drawing. Is it the Reese 4 pin or seven? They have a couple of models of the seven pin that mount direct to their own class ii/iii/iv hitch, but the Curt, I have no idea.
