I heard the 6.7 litre cummins and 5.0 engine in my Nissan have many interchangeable parts, is this true? Ive been wanting to add a tuner or do a complete delete kit but there is not many options out there for the 5.0 cummins and was wondering if a 6.7 litre tuner or delete kit would work. Any info would help thanks!
