Hey guys, after reading a little bit on the forum, i figured i would make this available..

Who wants REAL carbon fiber parts for their Titan? I have a guy who does AWESOME work and i've been thinking about having him make some accent pieces for the titan..

What are some things you guys would like to see made in carbon?

Im thinking tailgate bib overlay, eyelids, front bumper cover(to cover the chrome), and maybe some engine bay pieces..

I will post some pics of his work if you guys would like to see.

I would like to see everything chrome replaced with carbon fiber. Grill, bumper, mirrors, door handles. etc. I wanted to go black chrome in place of all my chrome but waaaay to expensive. I can't wait to see some of your pix as you go. Should look really good!

I have a laundry list of CF parts I want. I've been reading up on the stuff and may give it a shot my self.

Mirrior covers, door handles, dash pieces not covered in that shiny gel crap that turns yellow and oxidizes, third brake light cover.
a piece to cover the satin black on the back door of the KC, lower window trim, steering wheel control covers

I'd like to second the functional ram air hood. I would definately have interest in it if it was around the same price as the Suncoast and was good quality. I'm planning on getting the Suncoast in the next 12 months...

Like i said guys, accent pieces..

A hood is out of the question because he doesnt have the vacumm machines or the space to make hoods..

I will talk to him about dash accents but they will likely be expensive because you have to take the whole sheet of carbon, mold it, then cut out the pieces you dont need... cut out pieces=wasted carbon.

Main things i'll look into is the handles, mirrors, bumper, and eyelids.. anything else?

We are starting with a tailgate bib/handle cover.. Price isnt set yet as he needs to make sure everything will work out.

They will be attached with 3M tape and should look awesome.

Other things that are on the list is a wipercowl overlay, door handle covers, and mirror cap covers.

I think youre the only one that would spend the retarded amount of coin to buy those things too..

Doors would cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $4000 for the set, tailgate, $1000, hood, $800... thats wayyyy too much money for most of us to spend on our trucks.. especially in this economy.

i wouldn't mind getting a CF piece by where my shifter sits (captains chair). The cheap paint is coming off, been wanting to replace it.
